1984 & The Hate Week

This morning, I pulled out my copy of 1984. The one I read for junior year English class in high school. I turned to the first page and saw my markups. Hate week. That’s what this has felt like but sadly for more than a week.

      1. Actually, I don’t know if it is a coincidence, but my Screwtape Letters posts are up on google-driven views on my blog. Old posts too. I think there is some digging into old books to find out where we wrong happening beneath the twitter fury.

      2. Interesting! I, too, usually get more surges from classics (and also my post “The Jim Moriarty mixtape Playlist” is always tops). Oddly, my post on The Most Dangerous Game is also at the top. I shudder to think what that says about us.
